Published for the 200th anniversary of the formation of Delaware County as a separate entity from Chester County. Bibliographies are included for each borough and township in the county. There are 31 entries for Haverford Township and 42 entries for Haverford College. Includes printed materials (books, articles, government reports, etc.) but not manuscripts and very few newspaper articles. There are also subject bibliographies such as African-Americans, Botany, Creeks, Government, Indians, Military, Quakers, Science, and many more. Each entry includes a full bibliographic citation but not the name of the institution owning the material. |
